Anna James: Alice with a Why

Return to Wonderland with Anna James in this interactive, chatty event. Anna will talk about the inspiration for her new book, Alice with a Why and her relationship with Alice in Wonderland. Young readers will be invited to join in with a Wonderland quiz, a writing activity to create their own wonderland tea party story, and help come up with some entries for Anna’s nonsense dictionary.

Suitable for children 7-9.

Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all events. All attendees, adults and children, must have a valid ticket to be admitted to events. Age guidance is provided for each event. Events are not suitable for children younger than the age stated.

Author Bio:

Anna James is a bestselling author and arts journalist from Northumberland who currently lives in London. She’s the author of the Pages & Co and Chronicles of Whetherwhy series and most recently Alice With a Why, a return to the world of Lewis Carroll’s Wonderland.
